Bio: I became a radiologist because I wanted to be the doctor’s doctor. Radiology in my view is the most challenging and exciting field in medicine because it focuses on diagnosis, which is always the most difficult part of patient care. I believe that medicine and radiology are at a cross-roads in dealing with economic, governmental and social pressures. That is why I have been active in the TRS and the ACR and serve as a TRS councilor to the American College of Radiology. My first and foremost interest outside of work, is spending time with my wife and three children. We have traveled together all over the world and enjoy family activities like tennis, soccer, snorkeling, bicycling and swimming.
